Bruker’s new Mycobacteria Library 3.0 now includes 149 species. The library is used along with the optimised MycoEx preparation protocol and the MALDI Biotyper mass spectrometer to identify mycobacteria which are increasingly important as they are the cause of some infections in immuno-compromised patients.
