TOptica’s new time-domain terahertz platform, TeraFlash, and the CW-terahertz spectrometer, TeraScan, both have a peak dynamic range >90 dB. The TeraFlash generates THz spectra with a bandwidth of >5 THz, allowing layer thickness measurements down to 20 µm. The TeraScan provides frequency resolution better than 5 MHz, which enables precise spectroscopic measurements of trace gases.
