Bruker’s MIRA IR milk analyser provides quality control of raw milk and liquid milk products, analysing parameters such as fat, protein, total solids and lactose. A high-pressure homogeniser ensures evenly homogenised samples, and, optionally, the MIRA can determine the freezing point.
