The MALDI PharmaPulse is a high-throughput screening (HTS) solution to help pharmaceutical companies achieve high throughput, lower cost and higher specificity in drug discovery. It is based on the autoflex speed MALDI-TOF system and incorporates an integrated automation solution from HighRes Biosolutions. Its capabilities include: <1 s per sample analysis time; seamless preparation and feeding of MALDI plates from 96, 384 and 1536 assay plates; MALDI detection removes the need for SPE cartridges or LC columns, uses 100× less solvent per sample than conventional LC-MS; capable of screening over 50,000 compounds per day.
