The BeerCraft software from Thermo Fisher Scientific works with the Genesys 50 and Genesys 150 UV/vis spectrophotometers to streamline quality assurance testing and batch-to-batch consistency for craft beer brewers. The combined system provides American Society of Brewing testing methods for more than 20 beer attributes, including colour, bitterness, protein, sugar, carbohydrate and polyphenol levels.
